Two men who were caught by police with more than £88,000 of heroin have been jailed for almost nine years.
Joseph Sinclair, 36, and James Anderson, 36, were both arrested after police raided a house in Balunie Avenue, Dundee, in April last year.
The High Court in Edinburgh heard on Tuesday how officers found that the pair had £88,320 of the drug in their possession.
The duo were detained by police on April 8 2013 and taken into custody shortly afterwards.
The story emerged after Sinclair, of Dundee, and Anderson, a prisoner of HMP Perth, pleaded guilty to being involved in the supply of illegal drugs at various dates between April 2012 and April 2013.
Temporary judge John Beckett QC sentenced Sinclair to 40 months in prison while Anderson was jailed for 66 months.
